This 3-day masterclass empowers young leaders to develop intercultural leadership skills and actively engage in global governance. Day 1 introduces key concepts of youth leadership, governance structures, and the role of young people in decision-making processes. Day 2 focuses on practical skills for designing and managing impactful projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including stakeholder engagement and project planning.
